The building was planned with AV panels and prestressed concrete beams. The U-shape beams gather water at the outer ply and drive it through the pavilion; they are also used as a support for the roof-lights and the solar panels. The AV panel includes installations in order to facilitate to be further used in office building, transforming double and triple heights in simple ones, constructing flexible ending concrete slabs.
