LOCATION

Gronzo, Galicia

The prototype house was planned according to the AV system. 250m2 were built with a semi-plate distribution. A building on a budget was proposed although maintaining high quality standards. The foundation and the semi basement were done with concrete walls on the spot, and it will be used as a base for the 18 AV panel puzzle with insulation and installation included.
