A standard building was projected, with AV panels and two-bay hollow core slabs, for a maximum of four apartments per floor. The installations are placed within the central wall, being able to connect to the apartments on both sides. The number of apartments and their size vary according to the section which can be used to make terraces that are either private or community spaces.
