LOCATION

Ensanche de Vallecas, Madrid

The building was planned with AV panels as a hollow core slab horizontal structure. From the only main door, using the corner of the terrain, circulation alleys are distributed opened to the garden towards the three vertical communication hubs, one at the corner and two at the extremities. The layout is made up by two bays that are parallel to the street, with no intermediate support. The building has eight floors above ground floor.
