The building was planned with AV panels as a hollow core slab horizontal structure. Three bays that are parallel to the street, without intermediate supports, make the apartments to be opened towards the street and the main courtyard, which was enlarged with a porch below the building supported by AV panels used to ventilate the property. The building has eight or night floors depending on how tilted the street is.
